The co-operation with the Czech company Actual Pro allowed steel frame to be implemented in the areas where nothing had been built for a few dozen years. Post mining regions with lots of ground movements did not allow any traditional methods to be used.

   It changed with the implementation of steel frame. In October of 2001 AmTech's own design of Dominic has been erected.
