System ceiling "KLAUDIA" - spread to 9,0 m without indirect support
Max. useful load - 200 kg/m².
Steel structure height - 400 mm.
Sheathing - OSB3 board (22 mm) on the top; finished with ceramic tiles, parquet, floor panels or floor covering.
Undersurface - standard gypsum-carton board on wooden grid.
To increase fire resistance double gypsum-carton board can be used.
Ceiling construction - open-work beams, their spacing equal to 40 cm. In space between beams different kind of installation (electric, ventilating itp.) can be located.
The assembly is performed manually and there is no need for heavy equipment.
Assembly methods:
Prefabricated beams arrive on building site (if access to ceiling is easy).
Loose elements arrive on building site, beams are prefabricated on the site, (if access to ceiling is difficult).
Advantages:
lightness of construction - steel frame does not add much of an additional weight on a foundations and bearing walls;
easiness of assembly - light elements are assembled manually;
short construction cycle;
no wet works;
elasticity in shape of ceiling (irregularity);
construction can be easy delivery to the place where it has to be installed;
optional rooms space arrangement (spread 9,0 m without using additional binding joist and studs).
