Lisie Pole is a great example of our participation in a development of entire housing project. Back in 1999 and 2000 Ster, Szczecin located co-op, has built more then 100 one-family units. Each one of them built with frame technology. According co-op officials, they picked SUNDAYsystem due to two fundamental reasons. The first one was the money. According to them, overall saving came to about 25%. Another reason was the fact that many of the residents of Lisie Pole were the employees of Szczecin Shipyard. Since most of the marine vessels are built with frame technology, co-op had no problems in selling the units.

   Each of every dwelling was individually designed by AmTech's architects.

   Ster co-op has just purchased another piece of land and is looking forward to develop it using SUNDAYsystem technology.
